Deaf and hard of hearing can often be left out of social gatherings, and this venue is a space where everyone can share a sound experience as a community.

Next steps

Our plans for this project going forward would be to gather opinions and feedback from people who identify as part of these communities in order to improve The vibes lounge and make it a more welcoming place for everyone. In addition, we would do more research into the materials used throughout the venue as to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible.
